2. Inventory Tracking

4. Ordering, Receiving

  • Ordering
    • Provides automated purchase order generation based on desired inventory levels and the reorder quantity set by the store manager
    • Also allows creation of manual Purchase Orders
    • Allows the user to view all the important item and vendor related information on the Purchase Order screen
    • User can add or delete items; place items on hold or approve the purchase order
    • The total dollar amount of ordered items may be viewed by cost, list or retail price
    • Special orders can be tracked by SKU.
  • Receiving
    • User can receive the order by exception, place items on back order, delete items from the shipment, receive electronically and print bar codes automatically
    • Receiving information can be keyed or scanned easily and quickly
    • User can print receiving and exception reports on demand.
5. System Parameters, System Setup and Utilities
  • These modules allow the user to mould the software around their current business practices
  • Functionalities such as POS flags, security levels and rights, A/R, receipt information, End Of Day reporting, commissions and input defaults can be customized for each store or company
  • Specific setup for layaways, service and repair, rentals, code maintenance (department, product, category, vendor, color, size, style and dimension etc), future promotional events, tax tables, POS buttons, Power Search, reason codes are all included in these three modules.

6. Report Maintenance

  • This is a powerful reporting application, which allows the user to create customized report templates by defining the sort and select fields
